What is it about
UniPlan is an ideal solution designed for employers who seek to provide their employees with an investment plan that offers life insurance cover for a fixed duration and is also suitable for building up capital through systematic investment.
The scheme is addressed to employers and/or professional associations of at least 10 employees. Its duration can range from 10 up to 45 years and contributions can be either from employers or from employees, or both parties.
- With UniPlan each employee has his/her own separate individual policy (account). Contributions are invested in the Company’s internal unit-linked funds and employees can choose their investment strategy according to their risk appetite and investment objectives.
- Premiums paid by employers and employees are tax-deductible
- It still offers the important group scheme benefits such as:
- higher percentage investment of the first-year premium
- premium adjustment without limitations on the increase amount
- participation in the Company’s internal unit-linked funds
In the case of employee departure, the employee can choose to either continue the scheme as a personal plan or surrender the policy.
