What it is about
MultiCare Value Plus provides cover for in-patient and out-patient treatment with a maximum benefit limit of up to €500.000. This plan has a mandatory annual excess of €85 which is used to reduce your overall premium. You can choose between the Comprehensive Cover which covers your expenses for doctors and drugs as well as your expenses in case of an admission to a hospital, or the Standard Cover which covers your expenses in case of an admission to a hospital.
As MultiCare is truly an international health plan, customers can select the country in which to receive treatment based on their choice of areas: Area 1 will provide you cover for the whole world, and Area 2 will provide cover for the whole world excluding the USA, Canada, and Switzerland.
In case of emergency treatment and under certain conditions, the MultiCare Value Plus offers an outside-of-area cover while being in the USA, Canada, or Switzerland, even if you have not chosen the area that covers these countries.
