Through U connect you can have quick and immediate access to your insurance policies 24 hours a day. You can access it through the web, or by downloading our mobile applications on AppStore and Google Play. In order to login please follow the new user registration procedure. If you are already an active member, please use your user name and password to log in.
Through U connect you will be able to:
- Submit electronically and check the status of your health policy claims
- Access your MultiCare health plan membership card
- Check your premium payments history
- Make useful printouts of documents (e.g. income tax statement)
- Check your policy effective/termination dates
- Check your policy benefits
- All necessary documents regarding your insurance policies
